Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed.

If you are unable to access the digital product please contact Rachel Maguire at rach@cariadcommunications.com within 5 days for assistance.

Access to the Member’s area is closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access the purchased digital products.
